Google groups has an archive which has an advanced search function which
is not as strong as it once was, but still very useful.

You are welcome.
I just used Google to search for "PeoplesChoice" and then instead of
searching the web, I picked "groups" from the pulldown list (more) and
then sorted by date.

It is a very popular newsreader. I have it. The group for Agent is
not (news.software.readers), that is for Xnews and others less
popular than Agent. The big Agent group is
(alt.usenet.offline-reader.for te-agent). But the idea is a good
one, you should always refer to the appropriate group when asking

Just got your message. Don't understand what you mean by 'don't use
Forte Agent.' It's the only one I've ever used. I have to agree that
it's not very user friendly. Please, by all means, recommend the ones I

Ammending the command line for windows explorer with the /e switch is one of
the very first things I do on an XP install. One pane to rule them all.

It looks like there are many 20" at Recommended Resolution of 1600 x 900
at Newegg, but I'll see if I can't find a good, solid 5:4 old-style unit.

A small SSD drive as primary, with a conventional drive as
secondary. Works fine with all of your old apps and with Windows
XP. For reassurance, check the reviews for the specific SSD drive.

Well, open your mind about using the old apps. There are newer versions
of everything.
I upgraded this year to this:
AMD Phenom II X2 550 (not "unlocked", stock heatsink and settings)
