 This is for serious mathematicians. We already do have a placement
Sets at 36

2/3 (5), 3/4 (7), 5/6(11) .6/7 (13) , 8/9 (17)   should cover all
pseudo primes/ primes fractions by the equations showed and there
should be other divisors besides 1.75 and .7, ..11, .17 .13 . 5

 The primality has to be solved
